The Email Personalization feature allows you to add LimeSpot's personalized product recommendations into your email campaigns. 

You are able to personalize your emails based on your shoppers' behaviors by creating various LimeSpot recommendation widgets that will help your customers discover the right products at the right time. You can enrich your campaigns by including Most Popular, Trending, New Arrivals, Frequently Bought Together, Related, Upsell, Cross-sell, and more.

LimeSpot currently integrates with the following Email Solution Providers (ESP):

Will LimeSpot personalized recommendations affect the delivery of emails?

The content generated by LimeSpot is embedded in the emails sent out by your Email Service Provider (ESP). Typically, ESPs mask LimeSpot links with their own tracking links. As a result, the final emails received by shoppers will not display LimeSpot links directly, ensuring there is no impact on email deliverability. This remains true even if you have configured a custom tracking domain with your ESP.
