Stamped.io is a sales and conversion optimization app that lets users collect product reviews, site reviews, photos/video and Q&A. LimeSpot is integrated with Stamped.io which means that merchants can display Stamped.io review star ratings on the LimeSpot recommendation boxes, thus creating a personalized experience for your shoppers.
When you first install LimeSpot, the user ratings are automatically turned off so you will have to go into the settings to enable it. The reason is because enabling the review apps to show in the recommendation boxes may affect the page load time since Shopify does not support batch loading. Shopify's API makes the apps load the reviews one by one per product in the recommendation boxes.
If you wish to turn on the product reviews so that LimeSpot boxes display the star ratings, please follow these instructions below:
In your LimeSpot Admin Panel, go to Conversion > Website Personalization > Designer.
Click Global Settings in the Box Designer on the left panel.
Choose the General drop-down menu and make sure the checkbox is ticked for the Show checkbox.
In the bottom of the left panel, click Save and Publish.
