The Zesty Checkout & Post-purchase Upsells App, also known as Zesty, is designed to enhance the post-checkout experience for Shopify merchants. It provides tools for optimizing checkout, post-purchase, Thank you and Order Status pages with one-click upsells, helping to increase order value and customer retention.

Q. Who can use Zesty Checkout and why?

Zesty is designed for Shopify merchants who aim to maximize their revenue through targeted upsells and optimized checkout and post-purchase processes. By offering data-driven recommendations, tier-based discounts and Subscription offers, Zesty helps stores increase their average order value and enhance customer satisfaction.

Note: Shopify Checkout Extensions are only available for Shopify Plus merchants. Therefore, Shopify non-Plus merchants cannot yet customize their checkout pages with these features.

Q. How does the pricing work?

Zesty offers a flexible pricing model based on the features and usage of the app. There are distinct pricing plans for Shopify Plus and non-Plus merchants due to the availability of Shopify Checkout Extensions exclusively for Plus merchants.

Q. How long is the Free trial period?

We offer a 15-day free trial period to all new customers. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends so you won't be billed for any subscription fees.

Q. Is my Free trial period extendable?

Please contact Zesty support to inquire about extending your free trial period. Extensions may be available on a case-by-case basis.

Q. When do I receive my first bill?

You will receive your first bill 30 days after the end of your free trial period.

Q. How my monthly bill is calculated?

Your bill is calculated based on the number of orders per billing cycle (30 days).

Q. How can I find a Shopify Collection ID?

  1. Navigate to Your Collections:

    • Go to your Shopify admin panel and click on Products > Collections.

  2. Select the Collection:

    • Click on the specific collection you want to retrieve the ID for.

  3. Locate the Collection ID:

    • Check the URL in your browser's address bar. It will look something like this: https://my-shop-name.myshopify.com/admin/collections/987654321

    • The number following /collections/ is your Collection ID. In this example, the Collection ID is 987654321
