One of the best ways to boost your revenue is by adding a post-purchase offer. At this stage, your customer is already interested in your brand, willing to spend, and satisfied with their purchase.

The Zesty box will display auto-generated product recommendations, subscription offers, tier-based discounts, and buy-more offers based on the items your customer purchased or your store’s performance.

Notes: Post-purchase functionality adds secondary payments to your orders, and therefore, you may need to capture them separately if you are using the manual payment capture method. Please check and verify the payment method before fulfilling your orders.


Step 1 - Enable Zesty Checkout & Post Purchase Upsell on Post purchase pages

  1. Go to your Shopify Admin Panel.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Checkout page.

  3. Scroll down to the Post-purchase page section.

  4. Ensure Zesty Checkout & Post-purchase Upsells is selected.

Step 2 - Configure your post-purchase offers

  1. Navigate to the Post-purchase settings page.

  2. Set up your post-purchase offers according to your preferences.
