The Smart Progress Bar shows shoppers how far they are from the next reward, for example "You are $25 away from 10% off". Rewards can be a percentage off, a fixed amount off, free shipping or a free gift, in one or more tiers. It nudges shoppers to add one more item.

Included in the Growth Agents plan. If your plan doesn't include it, Studio shows Smart Progress Bar is not included in your plan with a Contact Sales button.
A progress bar has two parts: campaigns (the tiers and rewards, shared by every bar in your store) and the bar you place on each page type.
Add a bar to a page
In Studio, choose the page type, such as Cart or Product, in the page selector.
Hover where you want the bar and click (+), then choose Smart Progress Bar.
If you have no active campaign yet, the template picker opens. Turn on one or more templates (see below), then click Done. If you already have an active campaign, Studio places the bar right away.
Click Save, then Publish.
The bar is placed per page type. Add it to each page type where you want it.
Turn on a template
In the template picker, click a template card. Templates cover free shipping, discounts and free gifts, alone or combined in tiers.
If the template has a free gift tier, pick the gift: click Select a free gift, choose the product, then click Save.
On an active card, click a chip to change it: the tier amount (Minimum Cart Value), the Offer Type, or the audience (Show campaign to).
Before you publish
Progress bar campaigns go live as soon as you turn on a template, save a new campaign, or edit one. They don't wait for Publish. Shoppers see the change right away wherever a bar is already published. Adding, moving or styling the bar still needs Publish.
Create a campaign from scratch
Click Menu (⋮) in the top bar, choose Discounts & Promotions, and open the Progress Bar tab.
Click From Scratch.
Enter a Campaign Title.
Optional: under Audience, choose segments to Show or Hide. Leave both empty for all visitors.
In Tier 1, enter the Offer message, the Minimum Cart amount to unlock, and what you're Offering: Percentage discount, Fixed amount discount, Free shipping or Free gift. Then enter the discount or pick the gift product.
Optional: click Create a new tier to add a reward at a higher amount.
Click Save.
The default message is "You are {{remaining_amount}} away from {{offer-descriptor}}". LimeSpot fills in the amount left and the reward, such as "10% off" or "free shipping". The Preview shows the result.
Style the bar
Click the bar on the canvas to open Progress Bar Settings.

To remove the bar from the page, click Delete Progress Bar, then Publish.
Manage campaigns
On the Progress Bar tab, open a campaign's ⋯ menu to edit, clone, activate, deactivate, archive or delete it. Delete can't be undone. Use Reorder to set priority: the top matching campaign wins.
Tip
Set the first tier a little above your current average order value, and check the bar in Mobile View before you publish.
What shoppers see
The bar fills as the cart grows and the message counts down to the next reward. When every tier is unlocked, shoppers see "Congratulations! You unlocked your reward!" A free gift tier shows a gift picker with an Add Gift button. Rewards apply to the cart automatically.

Note
On SHOPLINE, if a shopper uses a different currency from your store and no reliable exchange rate is available, the bar hides itself for that shopper.
