Understand your Analytics dashboard

See how much revenue LimeSpot drives, which boxes and campaigns perform best, and how your audiences convert.

Analytics shows how LimeSpot personalization drives product views, add-to-carts and revenue compared with the rest of your store. Use it to see what's working, find the boxes and campaigns worth expanding, and spot pages that need attention.

Availability

Plan: Growth Agents plan · Platform: SHOPLINE

Included in the Growth Agents plan. Each tab is checked separately. If your plan doesn't include a tab, Studio shows Analytics — {tab name} is not included in your plan (for example, Analytics — Overview is not included in your plan) with a Contact Sales button.

Open Analytics

  1. In Studio, click the menu (⋮) in the top nav.

  2. Click Analytics.

  3. Pick a date range from the calendar dropdown in the top nav: Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days. The default is Last 30 days.

The range applies to every tab. Each range ends today. Changes such as "+12%" compare the range with the period of the same length just before it.

Overview tab

  • LimeSpot Revenue: revenue from products credited to LimeSpot, and its share of total sales.

  • Total Net Sales: revenue minus refunds and discounts, with your order count. Tax and shipping aren't included.

  • Avg Order Value: total revenue divided by orders, compared with the previous period.

  • LimeSpot Revenue by Source: which pages LimeSpot revenue came from. Click See More for the Recommendations tab.

  • Revenue Attribution: how revenue splits between LimeSpot and standard navigation.

  • Conversion Comparison: how often shoppers buy after viewing a product through LimeSpot versus standard navigation.

  • Funnel Conversion: view to cart, cart to purchase and view to purchase, for LimeSpot and standard navigation side by side.

  • Top Performing Audiences: your top 5 active segments by sales, members, orders or sessions.

  • Top Performing Products: your best-selling products, with Popularity and Trending scores.

To learn what counts as LimeSpot revenue, see How LimeSpot credits a sale.

Note

Total Net Sales only counts sales LimeSpot can trace to a shopper's visit. It's usually lower than your store platform's sales report.

Recommendations tab

Use View By to see boxes by Source (by page) or by Type (all pages). The Recommendation Boxes table lists each box with its net sales, conversion, clicks, add-to-cart rate, purchase rate, refunds and average time.

  • Click: product views that came from that box.

  • Conv.: purchases divided by clicks.

Audience tab

The Audience Segments Performance table compares your active and imported segments with All user segments. Conversion rate and AOV turn green when a segment beats the average. Demographic Performance breaks results down by Device, Country, OS or Browser.

Products tab

The All Products table shows each product's store total, with the part Driven by LimeSpot in green underneath. Search by product name and press Enter.

Campaign tabs (ShapeShifts, Discounts, Emails & SMS)

Filter by campaign type with the pills at the top. Each table lists Renders (times the campaign showed), Clicks (visits to your store from the campaign), products viewed and added to cart, orders and sales.

Tip

Only campaigns with activity in the selected date range appear. Discount and Smart Image campaigns often show renders and clicks with $0 in sales, which is expected.

AI Insights

Each tab starts with AI Insights, up to three cards marked Opportunity, Needs attention or Trending. Click Talk with AI to ask the LimeSpot Assistant about your results for the selected period.

Good to know

  • Amounts show in your store currency.

  • There's no custom date range and no export.
