What happens when I pause LimeSpot?

Pausing the LimeSpot app just means the LimeSpot boxes are no longer displayed on your site.

If you pause the app, your billing will continue running, and you will still be charged for the subscription fee.

If your store is unpublished or is in test mode, then your billing will be paused. Limespot only charges your account if it satisfies both of the following conditions:

  • Your site is live

  • The LimeSpot app is installed

If you don’t want to be charged for your LimeSpot subscription, you must uninstall the app from your store:

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin panel

  2. Navigate to the Apps section

  3. Find LimeSpot in your list of installed apps

  4. Click the Delete or Uninstall button associated with LimeSpot

  5. Confirm the uninstallation when prompted

Upon uninstallation, your subscription will be terminated, and you will not incur any further charges from LimeSpot. However, any charges incurred before your subscription has ended will still be charged by Shopify to your account.
