LimeSpot code in your store should not interfere with the performance of your site. If your brand has decided to uninstall LimeSpot, we will store your settings and analytics for up to 18 months. If you choose to download and use LimeSpot again, you'll be able to pick up where you left off.

As an added bonus, your analytics will reflect data collected by the LimeSpot code that remained on your website after uninstalling the LimeSpot app.

If, however, you would prefer to remove all LimeSpot code from your site, you can do this. Just keep in mind that LimeSpot will no longer be able to collect data for reporting once the code has been removed.

To delete our code, please head over to the Shopify Admin Panel > Online Store > Theme > and select Edit Code under Actions. Once you are in the Customize Theme Code page. Look for theme.liquid under *Layout* and limespot.liquid under *Snippets*.

In *Layout/theme.liquid*, remove the line :

  •  {% include 'limespot' %}

  • <limespot></limespot>

Look for *Snippets/limespot.liquid* file and delete it.
