If your store was created before November 2016 and you haven't transitioned to the new Stencil theme, you should follow below the two steps to manually instal LimeSpot Storefront script on your store.
If you store is on Stencil theme, go to LimeSpot's page in the BigCommerce App Store, click on GET THIS APP and follow the indicated steps to install LimeSpot on your store.
After you get the LimeSpot App via Bigcommerce, go to Billing & Account > Company and copy the "Key" into clipboard.
Go to your BigCommerce Admin Panel > Storefront > Script manager and create a new script with configurations below:
For
Placement, select HeaderFor
Location, select All pagesFor
Script category, select EssentialFor
Script type, select URLIn the
Script URLfield add the following URL:
https://edge.personalizer.io/storefront/2.0.0/js/bigcommerce/storefront.min.js?key=YOUR_COMPANY_KEY, replacingYOUR_COMPANY_KEYwith the key from step 1.
Click Save and ou are all set. You can navigate to LimeSpot admin panel and continue setting up personalization and recommendation modules for your BigCommerce store.
