Make sure that your installation supports adding LimeSpot recommendations to your cart by going to your BigCommerce admin panel, selecting Storefront / Script Manager and view LimeSpot Storefront script. The configuration for Pages should be All Pages:

If it is set to Store Pages, LimeSpot will not be available on the checkout and order confirmation pages. Please make the changes accordingly.

Once you have done so, follow this article on how to add the recommendation boxes.

Note that you will need to navigate to your checkout page in the LimeSpot Designer. Go to Conversion > Website Personalization and click Designer. Add an item to cart and proceeding to the checkout page as you would do normally. From there, you will see that the Current Page changes to Checkout Page on the left hand admin panel and you can add boxes.
