How can I access analytics and sales attribution data for email campaigns?

Note:
This guide is applicable to customers on LimeSpot Max, Premium, Essentials, and other legacy plans.

LimeSpot email performance can be found by going to Analytics > Campaigns > Email.

Email campaign data can be seen in aggregate and at the campaign/widget level.

Data points include:

  • Renders (the number of product recommendation impressions)

  • Failed Renders

  • Render Success Rate

  • Clicks

  • Product Views

  • Number of Products Added To Cart

  • Clicks/Render Conversion

  • Number of Sold Products

  • Purchase/Render Conversion

  • Number of Orders

  • Average Order Value

  • Gross Sales Value

  • Net Sales Value

A sale is attributed to LimeSpot only if the product is originally clicked through a LimeSpot recommendation box on your emails.

You can also track your email campaigns outside of LimeSpot's dashboard. LimeSpot Recommendation boxes' UTM trackers are independent from your Email Service Provider's (ESP) trackers and do not affect them at all. Therefore, you are able to track your email campaign performance on both the ESP and LimeSpot platforms.
