Follow the instructions below to learn how to randomize the item order of the Upsell box:

Navigate to the preview mode/box designer settings by going to your LimeSpot Admin Panel > Conversion > Website Personalization and click on the black Designer button.

Add an item to cart, then go to the Cart page of your website.

Click on the Upsell box on the left hand sidebar to open the box settings and navigate to Basic > Items Order > Random every time in the dropdown. Tip: Alternatively, hover over the Upsell box directly and click the pencil icon on the top left to open the box settings.

Remember to "Save" and "Publish".
