To view metrics about a specific product's performance in LimeSpot, follow these steps:
Under Analytics select Products
Your products will load the most popular products by default. Search for a specific product using the search icon.
Click on the product you'd like to view analytics for.
All of the products will have a basic information on number of views, add to carts, purchases, and refunds.
Net Sales: The sum of the gross sales minus its discounts and refunds.
Gross Sales: Product price x quantity (before taxes, shipping, discounts, and refunds).
Conversion: The percentage of conversion from view to purchase.
Discount: How much discount applied to the product.
Avg time: Average time spent looking at the product.
Refund: How much refund was applied to the product.
Clicking on the 3 dots at the top right opens up the "View Orders", and a pop up will then appear on the right called "Order Details". This will show a list of all the order numbers associated with that product.
Clicking on the detailed popup card will show you details about conversions generated from each recommendation box.
