Star ratings and reward points on recommended products give shoppers more reasons to click. LimeSpot detects many review and loyalty apps already on your store and shows their ratings and points on your recommendation boxes, with no extra setup in those apps.

LimeSpot shows star ratings from these apps when they're installed on your storefront:

On SHOPLINE, ratings appear when one of the supported apps above runs on your storefront. SHOPLINE's own built-in product reviews aren't supported yet.

Star ratings don't appear on Upsell boxes.

In the Studio canvas, click the Settings gear in the top nav.

On the Global Settings tab, find the User Ratings &amp; Loyalty Points card.

Under User Ratings, turn on Show.

Click Save at the top of the Settings panel, then close Settings and click Publish in the top nav to put the change live.

Ratings appear on your recommendation boxes a moment after the boxes load, once LimeSpot finds your review app on the page.

LimeSpot shows points from these loyalty apps:

Open Settings &gt; Global Settings &gt; User Ratings &amp; Loyalty Points.

Under Loyalty Points, turn on Show.

In Format, enter the text to show on each product card. Use {points} where the number should appear, for example "{points} Points!".

Click Save at the top of the Settings panel, then close Settings and click Publish.

Loyalty points are included in the Growth Agents plan. If your plan doesn't include them, the Loyalty Points section is locked and shows a Contact Sales button.

If you use Yotpo, you can also connect your Yotpo account:

Open Settings and click the Integrations tab.

On the Yotpo card, turn on Enable Yotpo.

2. On the Yotpo card, turn on Enable Yotpo.
3. Sign in to Yotpo in the popup.

The card's Status shows Connected when it's done. There are no other settings.
