Note:
This guide is applicable to customers on LimeSpot Max, Premium, Essentials, and other legacy plans.
To insert a Smart Collection in a recommendation box:
Go to LimeSpot > Personalization > Product Recommendations > Designer Personalization, and click on Designer
Locate the web page where you’d like to feature the recommendation box by navigating to the page or selecting it from the top-left Quick Select drop-down menu.
In the left-hand menu select Add Box and then select Curated Collection.
Set your Recommendation Box settings:
Title (The Name of the box you want customers to see)
Style (Carousel or Grid)
Number of Items (Default number is 20)
Starting Collection (the name of the Curated Collection you built)
Update the look, feel, and location of the box as needed.
Don’t forget to click Publish.
Once you are finished, you’ll have a recommendation box that shows a different collection variation per Audience Segment.
