LimeSpot allows you to add product recommendations to the Checkout page, but Shopify only allows this functionality for the Shopify Plus customers. If you are a Shopify Plus customer, you need to request checkout.liquid layout access in order to enable this functionality. Check out this article for more information. Note that we do not currently support the forthcoming Shopify checkout extension.

Once you have done so, follow this article on how to add the recommendation boxes to your Checkout page.

You will need to navigate to your actual Checkout page in our Designer. That means going to the LimeSpot Admin Panel > Conversion > Website Personalization > Designer, then adding an item to cart and proceeding to the Checkout page within the Designer. From there, you will see that the Current Page changes to Checkout Page on the left hand admin panel and you can add boxes.
