Some Shopify themes automatically add a related products box to your store by default. When you use LimeSpot, it is advisable to remove those recommendations to fully leverage the power of LimeSpot. Have a look at your product and checkout cart pages to see if your theme has a default related products box.
If you do not turn off the default Shopify Related products box, you will have two related products boxes after installing LimeSpot Personalizer.
Here's how how to remove those recommendation boxes.
Go to your Shopify Admin Panel
Click on Online Store on the left navigation menu and choose Themes
Choose the Customize option of your live theme.
Choose the Product Pages on the top menu of the Shopify theme designer.
On the product pages, in the Template section, look for the Related products element and click the "eye" icon to hide the Related products.
Perform the same on the cart page and any other pages where Related products show.
Click Save to publish your changes.
