Currently LimeSpot does not have a feature to create and design your own pop-ups for upsell and cross-sell. However, if your store already has a pop-up function, we can put our recommendation boxes inside the pop-up by adding a placement sibling to our box.

LimeSpot is always looking to improve our features and although we may not offer it right now, we will take into consideration customer feedback and add it to our roadmap when necessary.
