How to update your billing information

Read more if your billing information needs updating.

  1. Go to the LimeSpot Admin Panel, click your store name and select Account & Billing.
    ​

  2. Select Billing in the left pane and click Update to change your billing information
    ​

If you subscription has been deactivated

After multiple failed attempts at charging a subscriber, their subscription may be deactivated. Once you have update your billing information, you will need to manually reactivate LimeSpot:

  1. Go to Conversion > Website Personalization

  2. Click on Publish

  3. Follow the rest of the process to resubscribe to LimeSpot
