Go to the LimeSpot Admin Panel, click your store name and select Account & Billing.
βSelect Billing in the left pane and click Update to change your billing information

If you subscription has been deactivated
After multiple failed attempts at charging a subscriber, their subscription may be deactivated. Once you have update your billing information, you will need to manually reactivate LimeSpot:
Go to Conversion > Website Personalization
Click on Publish
Follow the rest of the process to resubscribe to LimeSpot
