LimeSpot works in the browsers your shoppers use today. Studio and the Growth Grader have a few extra requirements, because you use them to edit and audit your store on a computer.

For your shoppers
LimeSpot recommendations and personalized content work in the current and previous versions of all major browsers, on desktop and mobile. That includes Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox, plus Firefox Extended Support Release.
Internet Explorer and other browsers that no longer receive updates aren't supported.
For Studio
Use Studio on a computer, in an up-to-date version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
Use a wide window. The Studio top bar folds controls into a More controls menu (⋯) as the window gets narrower. At full width, you see every control.
Check phone layouts with Mobile View. You don't need a phone to see how your store looks on mobile. Choose Mobile View in the top bar. See Preview your store on desktop and mobile.
Allow the LimeSpot script. Ad blockers and privacy extensions can stop Studio from loading. Turn them off for your store's address.
Keep the tab open. Your Studio session lives in one browser tab. Closing it signs you out.
For the Growth Grader
The free Growth Grader runs in the LimeSpot Growth Grader browser extension, so it needs a desktop browser that supports it:
