After you install LimeSpot, the plan page is where you activate the Growth Agents plan. It's one plan with every feature, priced on your store's revenue, and it starts with a free trial.

Before you start
Install LimeSpot on SHOPLINE. The plan page opens inside your SHOPLINE admin right after the install.

What's on the plan page
Header: "LimeSpot Growth Agents" and the platform you're connected to.

Pricing card: a revenue slider, your monthly price, and what's included.
Chat: "Ask the LimeSpot Assistant about your plan". Ask anything about pricing, billing or your trial, or tap one of the suggested questions.
Start your trial
Under "How much is your store's revenue?", check that the slider matches your store's revenue per 30 days. LimeSpot preselects the tier that matches your recent sales.
Read the price shown for that tier.
Optional: click "Have a coupon code?", enter your code and click Apply. You'll see "Coupon applied." when it works.
Click the button that starts your free trial. If your store isn't eligible for a trial, the button reads Activate LimeSpot Growth Agents.
On "Complete your subscription", choose a saved card or Add a new card, then click Continue. You can also pay with PayPal.

Note
If your store's revenue is above the top tier, the price reads "Contact us" and the button reads Talk to sales. We'll help tailor a Growth Agents plan to your store.

Test and development stores use LimeSpot for free.
How the trial works
The trial is free for 15 days. You aren't charged until it ends.
Each store gets one trial. If you uninstall and reinstall, the trial continues with the days you have left. It doesn't start over.
When the trial ends, your first charge is based on your store's revenue during the trial, scaled to 30 days.

Troubleshooting

"Pricing is temporarily unavailable. Please try again shortly." | Prices couldn't load. | Wait a minute, then reload the page. |
"We couldn't load your activation." | The plan page didn't load. | Click Try again. |
"We could not start activation. Please try again." | The trial couldn't start. | Click the trial button again. |
"That coupon code is not valid." | The code is wrong or has expired. | Check the code. Contact support if you think it should work. |
"The subscription was not approved. Review the details below and try again." | The payment wasn't approved. | Start again and complete the payment. |
