Studio opens right on your live storefront, so you edit LimeSpot content on your real pages with your real theme. You open it from the LimeSpot app in your store admin, with no separate password.

Open Studio from your store admin
In your SHOPLINE admin, open the LimeSpot app.
You'll see "Preparing your Growth Agents" while LimeSpot signs you in and connects your store.
Studio opens in the same window. Your storefront loads with the Studio top bar across the top. You'll see "Loading Studio..." for a moment.
Note
The first time you open Studio, the LimeSpot Assistant opens and offers to set up your store. See Set up your store with AI onboarding.
How your Studio session works
One tab, one session. You stay signed in while the tab is open, and reloading the page keeps you signed in.
Closing the tab signs you out. To come back, open the LimeSpot app from your store admin again.
Clicking around your store keeps you in Studio. Click your own store links or use the page selector to move between pages.
Reloading keeps your place. If you're in a section such as Analytics or Audiences, a reload brings you back to it.
Sign in with email and password
If you open your store with #limespot at the end of the address and you aren't signed in, Studio shows a sign-in card titled LimeSpot Growth Agents, "Sign in to customize your store".
Enter the Email and Password of your LimeSpot administrator account for this store.
Click Sign In.
Shoppers who visit that address only see your normal store.
Tip
Opening Studio from your store admin is the easiest way in. It signs you in for you, so you don't need a password.
Exit Studio
Click the arrow at the far left of the top bar (Exit Studio).
If you have unsaved changes, Studio asks "You have unsaved changes. Are you sure you want to exit? Your changes will be lost." Click Cancel to go back and save, or Exit to leave without saving.
Studio signs you out of this tab and takes you back to where you came from, or to your normal storefront.
Before you publish
Exit throws away changes you haven't saved. Changes you saved stay in your draft, and published changes stay live.
Troubleshooting
