When you install the app, or run a Manual Product Sync, the related items for your top 1500 most popular products are calculated right away, and the remaining will be calculated one by one by-demand (meaning they will be processed the first time a user visits those products on the site).

The by-demand Related Item calculations are usually delivered within a few seconds after the first user visit, but depending on website traffic, time of day, and other server related conditions, it might take up to a couple of hours.

Warning: Unpublishing a collection will hide all the products in that collection from LimeSpot recommendations (except Recent Views) even if the product is also in other collections that are published. If you unpublished too many collections, our app would not have enough items to recommend products.
