You are able to change the number of items to show in LimeSpot recommendation boxes by going to Personalization > Product Recommendations and click on the Designer button.
In the Designer, find the Recommendation Box you want to change the number of items to show.
Click on the box setting on the left panel.
Expand the General tab, and you will search for the
Number of itemsfield. This is where you can specify the number of items this box will display.
