On your LimeSpot admin panel > Conversion > Website Personalization, you will see an overview of what recommendation boxes are enabled on each of your pages. At the top left corner, you will see "Live" or "Offline".
Live means LimeSpot is active on your live store. You can click on 'Pause' to make the recommendation boxes Offline.
Offline means the Personalizer App is not active on your live store and you need to 'Publish' it to push it live.
