How to Switch to LimeSpot Max

Currently, upgrading to LimeSpot Max is processed on a case-by-case basis upon request. You have two options:

  • Chat: Contact LimeSpot support via chat and request an upgrade to Max.

  • Request a Demo: Schedule a demo to learn more about LimeSpot Max and then request an upgrade during the demo.

You can learn more about the Max plan and its functionality on the LimeSpot Max page on our website. Pricing details are also available here.

What Happens After Your Request

The LimeSpot team will receive your upgrade request and perform the following actions:

  1. Upgrade your Billing: We will upgrade your plan internally to ensure all your current settings remain intact.

  2. Confirmation Email: You will receive a confirmation email once the upgrade is complete. Please allow up to 48 hours for this process.

  3. Billing Update:

    • An invoice will be generated to close your current billing period on your existing subscription plan.

    • A new billing cycle will start on the LimeSpot Max plan, and your next invoice will be issued at the end of the new cycle.

This process is to ensure a smooth transition for you without affecting your existing configuration and setup.
