Learn how to optimize your product recommendation offering to improve the performance of your Post-purchase page

Note:
This guide is only applicable to customers on Shopify platform.

Automatic offers

You can select from a list of 7 different Recommendation types to create automatic offers personalized per product.

Fields and Definitions

  • Title:

    • This is the name of the box. You can use {{offer-title}} and {{product-title}} tags to personalize it.

  • Subtitle:

    • You can add a short description below the title. The {{offer-title}} and {{product-title}} tags work for this field too.

  • Recommendation Type:

    • Choose the selection of products that will be displayed depending on the box type you choose:

      • Frequently Bought Together

      • Upsell

      • Cross-sell

      • Related

      • Most Popular

      • Trending

      • New Arrivals

    Note: All product relations including upsell and cross-sell settings in all LimeSpot apps are synced.

  • Fallback Recommendation Type:

    • In case the box you chose for the Recommendation Type returns empty, you can choose a fallback box instead. The same recommendation types are offered here. You can leave this blank so it hides the block instead of showing a fallback box.

  • Number of Recommended Products:

    • The number of products to be shown as automatic offers. You can choose how many items from 1-4 items are displayed inside the box.

Enhancing Your Offers

After setting up your Automatic product recommendations, you can further make the offer appealing by adding a discount tier such as Free Shipping, a Discount Amount, or a Discount Percentage.
