Enhance your post-purchase sales and customer retention by creating compelling post-purchase subscription offers. This guide will help you navigate through setting up your offers effectively.
Steps to Add and Customized Post-Purchase Subscription Offers
Navigate to the Offer Settings:
Access the section where you can manage post-purchase offers.
Enable Subscription offers:
Check the box labeled Offer Subscription Products to activate this feature.
Add Offer Title:
Title: Enter a name for your post-purchase offer. Keep it short and interesting. You can use

and{{product-title}}
tags to personalize this part.
Add Offer Subtitle (optional):
Subtitle: Add a short description or a benefit of accepting the subscription offer.
Set Initial Shipping Price:
Initial Shipping Price: Enter the shipping line price without taxes for the first shipping cycle.
Set Recurring Shipping Price:
Recurring Shipping Price: Enter the shipping line price without taxes for the recurring shipping cycles until the customer is subscribed.
Add Discount Title:
Discount Title: This is the title displayed to the user on the offers navigation carousel and final order invoice.
Note: Discount titles are presented as Sales Tags on the product recommendation carousel of your Post-purchase page
Select Discount Type:
Discount Type: Choose between Discount Amount or Discount Percentage for the type of discount shown.
Example:
Title: Special Offer on {{product-title}}
Subtitle: Subscribe now and save on shipping!
Initial Shipping Price: $5.00
Recurring Shipping Price: $3.00
Discount Title: Save 10% on your next order
Discount Type: Discount Percentage
