This guide is only applicable to customers on Shopify platform.
If you want to create a sense of urgency, add a Countdown Timer for your post-purchase offer. This shows your customers that the offer is limited and will expire as soon as the timer hits zero.
Title - This is the phrase shown and the name of your post-purchase offer
Subtitle - You can add a short description below the title.
Note: You can use the {{timer}} parameter to add a countdown to any Title and Subtitle section.
Timer - You can add the total number of seconds you want the timer to last. It will be displayed using the HH:MM:SS format. The timer should be 90 seconds or more.
Click save and make sure to do a test purchase to check whether the discounts are being populated correctly.
