LimeSpot allows you to hide or display recommendation boxed based on audience segments. This articles show you how this can be done.
🔒 Audience segments are included in Premium and Enterprise plans and is available as an add-on for all other plans.
Navigate to Conversion > Website Personalization and click Designer.
Go to the page which contains the recommendation box you would like to hide/show
Click the box you would like to configure and open on the Display tab.
To show a box to one or many audience segments
Select the segment(s) for which you would like to show the recommendation box in the Audience Segments of the SHOW area.
To hide a box to one or many audience segments
Select the segment(s) for which you would like to show the recommendation box in the Audience Segments of the HIDE area.
