If your store’s revenue exceeds your selected plan tier, you will be invoiced the difference between your current plan and the next tier plan on the day it exceeds.

We check your total monthly revenue every week and if we see that your store's monthly revenue has exceeded the selected plan tier, we will invoice an overage charge. You will be notified via email about the overage charge(s).

Example: You selected $0-$5000 as your total monthly revenue during activation and selected the Silver plan. Therefore, your monthly subscription fee is $10. You had a sales spike during this monthly cycle and now your monthly revenue is $7000. Since the next tier up is $5000-$8000 at $18 a month, we will invoice you an extra $8 "overage charge" to make up for the difference.
