Once you clicked on the FIX button, you will be sent to the Google Merchant Center directly where you will claim your website.
2. The verification process is applied with our app automatically, hence you will see that Verified is already checked. All you need to do now is click on Claim Website.
Note: Don't be startled if you see a yellow warning saying there exists 1 other Merchant Center account with a website that conflicts with the URL you're trying to claim. Go ahead and click Claim Website again.
3. Go back to your LimeSpot Ads onboarding setup and click on CHECK AGAIN. Our system also checks automatically every 60 seconds.
4. Your website will be claimed successfully and the warnings/errors should now be gone, so click NEXT to proceed.
For Shopify customers:
π‘ Note: Each customer needs to create one Merchant Center account by LimeSpot through the app. You can connect the LimeSpot created Merchant Center to your main domain and retire your previous Merchant Center, or connect it to your .myshopify and let them both run in parallel.
For BigCommerce customers:
π‘ Note: Each customer needs to create one Merchant Center account by LimeSpot through the app. Unfortunately for BigCommerce sites, because they do not allow multiple domains, you cannot run your existing Google Merchant Center in parallel. You will have to connect the LimeSpot created Merchant Center to your main domain and retire your previous Merchant Center.
