Once you have installed a LimeSpot App, you can access it via your ecommece platform or directly at https://app.limespot.com/access/sign-in.

This guide is applicable to customers on LimeSpot Max, Premium, Essentials, and other legacy plans.
To create your LimeSpot Account, follow the steps below:
Go to the LimeSpot sign-in page.
Click on Forgot Password?
Type in the email connected to your Shopify or BigCommerce account.
You will receive an email to reset your password.
