Like any other SaaS services (e.g. Shopify, Netflix), we charge our customers upfront at the start of a subscription period (which is 30 days in our case). On the day the trial ends (15th day), your first bill will be issued and payment will be processed through Shopify. For more information on our pricing structure please follow this link.
The first invoice is processed when your free trial ends and has a 30 day billing cycle.
