When you export analytics and receive the email, the download link may not work as expected. Clicking it might open a new page and look like something is being downloaded, but no file appears.
How to fix this:
Right-click on the Download Analytics button in the email.
Select “Download Linked File As…” or “Save Link As…” (the wording may vary).
Choose where to save the file on your computer.
This will allow the analytics file to download successfully.
