LimeSpot provides robust analytics options for Shopify merchants, enabling them to monitor their product recommendation performance and understand the impact of product recommendations on their business.

Note:
This guide is only applicable to customers on LimeSpot Turbo on Shopify platform.

Performance Summary

This section offers an overview of Personalizer's performance in your product recommendations per page.

Pie Chart:

The pie chart visually represents the revenue generated from different parts of your website over the selected time period.

Categories include:

  • Home

  • Collection

  • Product

  • Cart

  • Checkout

  • Post-purchase

  • Thank you

  • Order status

Notes:

  • All attributed revenues are in your store's currency.

  • You can adjust the date range or add/remove pages for more detailed data.

Metrics:

  1. Render:

    • Number of times the Recommendation Box is displayed.

  1. Add to Cart:

    • Number of times the Add-to-cart button is clicked.

  2. Purchase:

    • Number of product purchases.

  3. Conversion:

    • The conversion rate is calculated as (Product purchases / Product renders) * 100.

  4. Sales Value:

    • Total sales value in-store currency.

  5. Attributed Sales Percentage:

    • Percentage of sales attributed to Zesty App, in-store currency.
