You may be wondering why landing on the Overview page of the LimeSpot Analytics dashboard shows a different number of purchases (thus a different net sales number) than all your experiences (A/B/n testing) combined.
In the past, our system would automatically add sales that we cannot recognize (such as from a third party app or Shopify POS) to the default experience (A). However with recent updates, we do not attribute those sales to any experiences anymore. We simply leave those sales in the "All" dropdown of the Overview dashboard. Therefore, when you see the main page of the Overview dashboard, the total purchases may not add up to the purchases in experiences A + B + n.
