Why are some sales are not in any A/B test experiences?

Learn why the overview dashboard may show purchases that don't add up to all the A/B/n testing experiences.

The LimeSpot Analytics dashboard may show a different number and amount of sales than all your experiences (A/B/n testing) combined.

This is due to some unrecognized sales such as those from a third party app or Shopify POS. Since we cannot reliability attribute these sales to any of the active experiences being tested, we leave those out of the experience but make them available in the All dropdown of the Overview dashboard.
