There may be several reasons for missing shipping rates, such as wrong data entry in your Shopify account or unsupported carrier rates. This is the list of carriers that Google supports:

If you are using a carrier rate that is not in the above list, since it is not supported by Google, therefore we won't be able to import it and products that would work with these unsupported rates, will be left with no shipping rates. In such cases you can set a "fallback flat rate". Follow the instructions below to set it:

Login to the LimeSpot Admin Panel > Acquisition > Google Shopping > Configure Product Feed > Settings > Shipping Settings > Choose "Automatically from Shopify" as the Import Method and set a Fallback Amount for Missing Rates.
