Missing product images and duplicate entries

I have two issues.
1. New products images are not showing in the lime spot recommendations. Sometimes converting the image to png helps. However png files are very large compared to jpg. Please explain what's going on? My website is www.soulsparks.co.za
2. It sometimes creates duplicate product entries. One with pic and one without. Or one that points to a non-existant url. How can I correct this?

My name is Marc I’m one of the Support Wizards at LimeSpot. I performed a Manual Product Sync on your store and that seems to have solved the issue. In the future, you can one yourself by going to the ‘Manual Product Sync’ tab of your LimeSpot Admin panel and pushing “Sync Products”. Let me know if there is still an issue on your end.
