Billing

All monthly subscription billing is done through Shopify.

If there is an issue with your subscription's billing, please contact us through support@limespot.com and include the following:

 
  1. Shop owner's name.
  2. Shop's name and its URL.
  3. Description of your issue and if possible, a screenshot.

Once we have received this information, our Support Wizards will process your request.
