On your products that have a discounted price (compare at price), our default settings display a "SALE" tag on the top left corner of the item.
How to Enable/Disable the Sale Tag and Change the Text
Open your LimeSpot admin panel.
In the panel on the top, click Conversion > Website Personalization.
Click on the black Designer button.
In the Global Setting tab on the left panel, click General
Toggle Sale Tag to enable/disable the sale sign from appearing on all the recommendation boxes
Under Text, enter your desired text for the sale tag on all your recommendation boxes
Once you have completed your changes, click Save and Publish at the bottom of the left panel. (Publish pushes it live to your live store)
LimeSpot Tip: If you would like to display the discount percentage or the price reduction on the sale tag, please add the following to the "Sale" tag text box:
{percentage}% - Example: SAVE {percentage}% will appear as SAVE 20% (the number will change to the corresponding discounted percentage for each individual product).
{reduction} - Example: SAVE ${reduction} will appear as SAVE $20 (the number will change to the corresponding price reduction for each individual product).
How to Change the Color of the Sale Tag
Open your LimeSpot admin panel.
In the panel on the top, click Conversion > Website Personalization.
Click on the black Customize button on the top right corner of the screen.
In the Global Setting tab on the left panel, click Colors
Under Sale Tag, you can put the colors (ie hex color code) for the Background, Text and Border of the sale tag
Once you have completed your changes, click Save and Publish at the bottom of the left panel. (Publish pushes it live to your live store)
How to Change the Font of the Sale Tag
Open your LimeSpot admin panel.
In the panel on the top, click Conversion > Website Personalization.
Click on the black Designer button.
In the Global Setting tab on the left panel, click Typography.
Under Sale Sign, you can choose the Font Family and Font Size of the sale sign.
Once you have completed your changes, click Save and Publish at the bottom of the left panel. (Publish pushes it live to your live store).
How to Change the Position of the Sale Tag
Open your LimeSpot admin panel.
In the panel on the top, click Conversion > Website Personalization.
Click on the black Designer button.
In the Global Setting tab on the left panel, click General
Under Sale Tag Position, you can choose either Left or Right for the position.
Once you have completed your changes, click Save and Publish at the bottom of the left panel. (Publish pushes it live to your live store)
How to Change the Shape of the Sale Tag
Open your LimeSpot Personalizer admin panel
In the panel on the top, click Conversion > Website Personalization.
Click on the black Designer button.
In the Global Setting tab on the left panel, click General
Under Sale Tag, you can choose either Rectangle or Circle under the "Type" dropdown.
Once you have completed your changes, click Save and Publish at the bottom of the left panel. (Publish pushes it live to your live store)
