You can manually add recipients on Approach by going to your LimeSpot Approach admin panel.
Step 1: Under Approach > Recipients, you will see a a blue button saying "Create Recipient List" if you have never created a recipient list before.
If you have already created a previous recipient list, you can click on the blue '+' icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Enter the name of the recipient list as per your liking. This recipient list name would only be used for your internal purposes, and will not be viewed by any customers. Click on Save after entrting the list name.
Note: We have not released our 'Notification' and 'Subscriber Notification' feature just yet. Due to this, these fields have currently been greyed out and cannot be updated. The only information required to proceed with the creation of the recipient list is the 'List Name'
Step 3: On the top bar, you will be able to see 3 menus: 'Overview', 'Recipients' and 'Settings'. These 3 menus show you all the details about the Recipient List you just created. Click on Add to start adding your recipients to the list.
