This article is by no means legal advice. If you have more questions about anti-spam laws, contact your attorney in your area who is familiar with this issue.
In order to meet anti-spam requirements, you must first get permission from your customers to send emails. Once you have permission, any email communication to your customer must:
- Clearly identify your company with honest subject lines
- Provide a postal address and email address for your company
- Provide information about how to contact your company
- Provide an unsubscribe button on all email communications
